The ZENITH 844SC Paver Block Machine is a fully automated stationary multi-layer production machine that represents the world's leading manufacturer of paving tiles and similar products in terms of performance, productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness. The result of decades of ZENITH's technological advances, the Model 844 features the latest technology, including visual menu navigation, which makes it easy to operate and low-maintenance.

The modular production system of the Model 844 allows full automation of all processes from raw material to finished product (direct handling). The product storage system is fitted with intelligent equipment for the transfer and maintenance of the products. This model is specially designed for the production of products with heights from 50 mm to 500 mm and allows the easy production of high-quality paving tiles, kerbs and landscaping products. Compared to single pallet machines, the 844 model produces finished products palletised for direct transport and is much easier to install, operate and transport, resulting in significant savings in time and material costs.

Intelligent Operation:

The equipment adopts PLC intelligent interactive system, controlled by a 15-inch touch screen and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual operation. The visual operating interface is user-friendly and equipped with data input and output devices.

Fence rolling conveyor:

The ZENITH 844SC Paver Block Machine adopts rolling conveyor belt device, featuring accurate movement, smooth transmission, stable performance, low noise, low failure rate and long service life. The added fence, which constantly improves the safety concept, can provide maximum possible safety protection to the operators.

Quick mould change:

The equipment is set up with a series of mould coefficient benchmarks through the quick mould change system. The quick mould change system possesses such functional features as mechanical quick locking, indenter quick change device and electric adjustment of the height of the fabric device, which can ensure that all kinds of moulds can be changed at the fastest speed.

Adjustable vibration table:

The height of the vibrating table of this equipment can be adjusted so as to meet the demand of producing diversified products. The standard equipment can produce products with a height of 50-500mm. Special heights can also be produced using special moulds according to customer requirements.

Precise Fabrication:

The fabrication device consists of bin, guide plate table and fabric car and bar shaft, anti-twist guide plate plus height adjustable, slide rail can be moved in precise position, the lever shaft and the connecting rods on both sides drive the fabric car through hydraulic drive, the connecting rods can be adjusted, to ensure the parallel movement of the fabric car.
