Manual control mode:
The Zenith 913 Brick Laying Machine can be operated in manual control mode through the directional control valve. The directional control valve has two modules: direction control lever and command integrated button, which are precise in control, easy to operate and highly maneuverable.

Fully automatic mode:
The equipment is also equipped with a fully automatic controller specifically for mobile block making machines. Operators can easily operate the equipment through a conversational visual color display screen to achieve automated production.

Frequency conversion control:
The motor of the equipment adopts a frequency conversion control system, which has the characteristics of low energy consumption and stable operation. The frequency conversion control system has precise pressure control capabilities, and the frequency conversion controlled electric drive unit can ensure that the machine moves quickly and gently, improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Quick mold change:
The equipment sets a series of mold coefficient benchmarks through the quick mold change system. The quick mold change system has functional features such as mechanical quick locking, quick pressure head replacement device and electric height adjustment of the material distribution device, which can ensure that various molds can be replaced at the fastest speed.
