Intelligent operation:
The ZENITH 940SC Pallet-Free Block Machine adopts the internationally advanced intelligent interactive system, equipped with Siemens touch screen and data input and output devices. The system has product formula management and operation data collection functions, and multiple languages are available. The visual operation interface is friendly, and the control system includes safety logic control and fault diagnosis system.

Hydraulic drive system:
The hydraulic power is composed of two sets of coupled piston pumps. The speed and pressure of the hydraulic action can be precisely controlled simultaneously or independently through proportional valves. All parameters can be set on the touch screen. The main actions of the machine, such as the movement of the vibration table, the lifting of the mold frame and the pressure head, and the movement of the fabric frame, are all driven by the hydraulic system independently developed by Zenith.

Mobile production:
The ZENITH 940SC Pallet-Free Block Machine is equipped with high-hardness guide rail wheels to realize mobile production. The hydraulic motor drive is stable and reliable, and the front wheel is equipped with a hydraulic brake system for precise positioning. The production movement can be controlled and set through the touch screen.

The mold frame and the press head of the equipment move synchronously along the large-sized guide posts and guide shafts through chains and lever shafts, ensuring that the mold frame and the press head can move safely, stably and accurately; in addition, a linear encoder can be optionally installed to further enhance the accuracy of the movement.

Multifunctional feeding system: The system consists of a hopper, guide rails, feeding box and lifting device; the unique hydraulically driven mold scraper can ensure the cleanliness of the product surface, and the feeding box is equipped with a hydraulically driven fast feeding grid to ensure the uniformity of the feeding; the height-adjustable mold brush fixed on the feeding box is used to clean the upper mold part of the mold.
