In order to minimise cycle times and optimise the production process, Zenit has worked extensively with renowned component companies to improve the hydraulic and electrical systems. The four main motions of the improved Model 1800 machine - mould lifting, indenter lifting, base feed frame drive and fabric feed frame drive - are all controlled by HNC control circuits. This enables the machine to operate more quickly and accurately.
Zenit has developed a new vibration system for the Model 1800 to break through capacity constraints, including the use of a newly developed frequency-controlled motor vibrator, which makes the machine more stable and flexible, and allows the Model 1800 to produce up to a maximum area of 1,400 x 1,400 mm (pallets).

The operating system is simpler and more user-friendly, the controllers of the ZENITH 1800 Automatic Block Making Machines are of Siemens brand, all the machine components are displayed on a computer monitor with visualisation system WinCC (Microsoft Windows Control Centre, Siemens), operating system Windows XP Professional. The equipment is equipped with a confidentiality device, certain functions can only be adjusted by authorised personnel, ensuring that only authorised personnel can operate the machine, this report is stored in the system.
Maintenance-free hinge bearing design:
The hydraulic cylinders and drive shafts of the machine are equipped with maintenance-free hinge bearings and, on the lifting arm, a rotatable belt for quick bolt change, which facilitates bolt replacement and makes the machine easy to maintain.
Optimised table vibration system:
The table vibration system consists of a vibrating table divided into three sections, a vibration system with frequency-controlled vibration motors, six single-motor vibrators with continuously adjustable vibration force, and a maximum centrifugal vibration force of 170 kN. Pre-vibration and main vibration can be combined by different vibrators, which can be adjusted from the control panel, making the machine both stable and flexible and guaranteeing the control of the quality of the brick layer required.
Hydraulic drive of the fabrication unit:
The fabrication unit is connected to the frame of the main machine by means of a hydraulic clamping device. The fabrication unit can be easily adjusted to an independent fabric height by means of an electric jack. The fabric truck is driven by a hydraulic cylinder with lever shaft, and the connecting rod can be adjusted to ensure the parallel movement of the truck. A pneumatic scraping device is mounted on the front of the fabric trolley. The scraping device has an adjustable path of movement and ensures effective cleaning.
Hydraulic accumulator buffer:
The equipment can be fitted with an optional hydraulic accumulator buffer, which, through the HNC control circuit, enables fast and precise operation of the equipment and keeps it in an accurate and low-wear condition during operation.
