The HP-600T/800T Hermetic Press Machine production line matches the formula through the batching and mixing system, and transports the material to the mixer through the conveyor belt and lifting bucket for mixing. The mixed material is then transported to the fabric mixer. The main machine slides out, and the material is fed into the mold frame of the slide through the quantitative bucket when the fabric is unloaded. The slide slides under the frame for filter pressing and molding. The pallet is sent to another station of the slide through the plate feeder, and demolding is completed when the fabric is quantitatively unloaded. The pallet is sent and the stacked plate (with wet bricks) is completed during pressure molding.
