● Minimum hardening depth 0.4 mm

● Almost no internal stress compared to carburized moulds

● Smaller web thickness recommended

● Higher contour accuracy than case-hardened moulds

According to customer requirements, moulds can be designed and manufactured by welding or modular thread locking.
