Fully Automation Production Line with Steel Curing Rack

This is a Fully Automation Production Line with Steel Curing Rack equipped with a curing rack. The line includes an automatic concrete weighing system, a concrete mixing station, automatic cement and other raw material supply before mixing, an automatic hollow block forming unit, a lifting device, a conveying system for wet blocks and curing blocks, an automatic stacking device, a pallet recovery system, and a packaging system for curing blocks. Only 5 employees are needed to operate this line, which can produce products such as concrete blocks, hollow building blocks, concrete bricks and paving blocks.
